Return and Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with any of the items received, Vanilla Boutique will happily exchange or issue a credit for the purchase price (Postage costs are not refundable unless the item is deemed faulty by Vanilla Boutique).
Items need to be returned, at customer's expense, in original packaging with tags attached - and unworn and unwashed.
We do not cover the postage charge for returned items. We also recommend you return your items with a traceable delivery method so you are covered in case the returned item is lost or damaged during transit. Vanilla Boutique will not be held responsible for any damage incurred to returns whilst in the care of Australia Post.
Please notify Vanilla Boutique within 14 days of receipt should you wish to make a return.
Vanilla Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
Store credits are processed within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.
Items purchased on SALE are not covered by our Returns and Exchange Policy unless deemed faulty.
Upon receipt of the returned item/s we will inspect the item/s and issue or exchange accordingly. Returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state (i.e. tags removed) will not be accepted.
Please note that returns can take up to 7 days to process. Please note your credit note will be valid for 12 months.

Condition of returned Goods:
- Item must be returned within 14 days
- Any items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.
- If an item was purchased using a discount code you will only be refunded the amount paid for the garment.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
- The item must be returned in good condition (unless deemed to be faulty)
In the rare event that a fault or damage to your purchase is overlooked during dispatch, Vanilla Boutique will happily exchange your purchase (including postage costs) providing it is returned in original packaging with tags attached – and is unworn and unwashed. Please notify Vanilla Boutique within 7 days of purchase should your items be damaged or otherwise faulty.
